When 14 year-old Shiane Hawke came on stage, the judges were visibly worried about her ability to audition. With her head high, she started signing and blew them away! What an amazing, God-given voice she has!!!
This is a song that was comprised from three different poems that were written 2 years apart, and they stayed poems in books, poetry sights, etc. One day i got a call about my grandmother's health. So, I just picked up my guitar and started playing a tune, and without stopping I found myself singing, playing, and arranging it all at the same time. The call was that my grandmother was dying, it came together so easy, I dedicate this song to my grandmother, Naomi Quick God rest her soul. This is also the first time i ever played a guitar with a band. I have neropathy and extensive nerve damage in my hands and feet, so the doctors say. But I say, "By his stripes i am healed". Thank You Jesus Amen.
