-obey parents
-exercise
- eat fruits and vegetables

Research indicates conservative Christians live longer lives because they are more likely to adhere to God's word (the Bible).
-read the Bible Daily
-greater mental acuity later in life
-less stress and harmful proteins in body chemistry

Your actions count towards something whether for good or bad

Promise of eternal life only realized through Christ Jesus
