Songs Of Shiloh: Like Father And Child

Once again, the heart of Jesus caught me by surprise. One night before falling asleep, I asked Him, "Jesus. How close do you want to be with Your followers?" Later, in a dream, Jesus shared His heart with me. Wow.

Songs Of Shiloh: Sweeter And Deeper

As a follower of Jesus, with the passage of time, I discovered that I was discovering more and more about Jesus. One of my favorite words that Jesus uses to describe relationship with Him is 'Abide'. This song is all about abiding in Jesus and Jesus abiding in us.

I Can Only Imagine (Remixed)

The original lyrics to the “response” were written almost two decades ago by a group of Christian women in North Florida. Those lyrics were slightly revised for this presentation. The women who sang in this video did so during a live conference in 2018 where Frank Viola spoke in a conference. They did so after only one rehearsal. The recording isn't polished and the women aren't professional vocalists. They are ordinary sisters in Christ who greatly love the Lord. When they stood up and sang the “response,” many of the men in the audience were teary eyed. The theme of the conference was "Beautiful Pursuit." Lauren Daigle Mesmerizes with Stunning Live Acoustic 'You Say' Performance

Lauren Daigle mesmerizes with a stunning live acoustic ‘You Say’ performance. The video is a healing balm to your soul. Lauren penned 'You Say' during a period of intense self-doubt and uncertainty. Amidst the cacophony of the world and the weight of life's pressures, she sought solace in her faith. The song emerged as her personal anthem of truth, a constant reminder that in the midst of insecurity and fear, a higher voice speaks of worth, love, and purpose. 'You Say' was born from a place of raw vulnerability, a battleground where Lauren fought against the lies that whispered she wasn’t enough.

In her own words, Lauren has shared that ‘You Say’ is about identity—about the constant battle between believing in what the world says about you and believing in what God says. It’s a song that challenges the listener to silence the external voices and focus on the truth of who they are in God’s eyes. We are crafted with purpose, and our worth is defined by the Creator, not the world.

The reason 'You Say' strikes a chord with so many is because it delves into a universal struggle—the battle to feel valued and loved in a world that often tells us we're not enough. At some point, every individual grapples with doubts about their worth. In these moments, Lauren’s lyrics offer hope, reminding us that our value isn’t determined by others' opinions or our own fears, but by a greater force in our mighty God.

In the live acoustic performance, Lauren’s voice carried the weight of this truth. The stripped-down version of the song allowed the lyrics to take center stage, leaving no room for distraction. As she sang, there was a collective sense of shared experience among the audience. It was as if Daigle was not just singing to the crowd but alongside them, echoing the prayers and cries of many who have walked through similar valleys.

Lauren Daigle’s ‘You Say’ has become more than just a song; it’s an anthem for those who need to be reminded of their worth and identity. The live acoustic performance only amplified its impact, offering a space where the message could resonate in its purest form. In a world where doubt and fear often dominate, Lauren’s voice cuts through, offering reassurance that who we are is not defined by our struggles but by a love that is constant and unwavering.

This performance reminded us that music has the power to heal, comfort, and remind us of truths we sometimes forget. As Lauren’s voice soared through the air, it was more than just a beautiful melody—it was a declaration of identity, a soothing balm for the soul, and a powerful reminder of the love that speaks over every doubt.

Ephesians 2:10 For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.”
