Our fish is frozen at sea giving the freshest and tastiest seafood, due to this process our frozen fish is fresher than fresh fish. Fresh fish takes a number of days to get from the water to the supermarket or fishmonger, all this time losing its freshness. Frozen fish contains all the nutrients & goodness you would have if you ate the same fish straight from the sea.
By selling frozen fish we are also able to offer a wider range of fish, from waters all over the globe. Meaning you can try something a little different and you don’t have to wait for your favourite fish to be in season.
