=Silver City= is a country-gospel group based out of Georgia. The Hero was the first single off the album that =Silver City= released in 2009 titled Hero. Kevin Woody, the lead singer, wrote the song back in 2008, Andy Stroup, is the band’s drummer/singer, and Tim Hamby, who also sings and is the founder/manager of Silver City.
The video was shot in different parts of Georgia, mainly in the small community of Silver City, where the group gets its name from. Mil Cannon was the producer of the music video and Steve Thomason was the director.
The Hero is a touching song that hits home with people during tough times bringing with it an uplifting spirit. =Silver City= does a terrific job performing the song and thevideo direction/production quality is top notch as well. Great job!
