This is an old folk song that has evolved to fit various occasions. Daddy is a veteran of the 11th Airborne Division during the Korean war. As we discussed this morning what a fitting song would be for veteran's day on this 11-11-11, I suggested "I Shall Not Be Moved" as is written in our church hymnal.
