I had overlooked my many blessings and was doubtful, discontent, and discouraged with God, my life, and my current situation. I wanted and desperately needed a change…a chance…an opportunity. So, I prayed for just that. In an unlikely situation, I befriended a Christian, homeless musician named Stoney. Inspired and encouraged by him, I recently completed a short, documentary film that tells his story and how, in an attempt to reach down to help a homeless man that I thought needed my help, he, in turn, pulled me from the depths of a dark, spiritual chasm.
