Human Chain Helps Woman In Labor During Flood

32-year-old Annie Smith thought she may have her baby at home when she went into labor during Hurricane Harvey. Floodwaters surrounded her apartment and their was no way her husband would be able to drive her to the hospital. The couple are both doctors, so they began to gather up supplies around the house in case the baby came. Then, a neighbor stopped by and saw the situation. They sent out an e-mail to the complex and at least 15 people came right away to help the Smiths. Throughout this time, the couple has been calling 911 for assistance. Thankfully, helped arrived but they still needed to get Annie out to the large vehicle. The neighbors all formed a human chain and helped get her onto the truck and off to the hospital. 12 hours later, the baby arrived and both mom and infant are doing great. God bless these neighbors that came together in Annie's time of need!

13-year-old Angelina Green earned the coveted golden buzzer with her first audition on America's Got Talent. Her powerful voice caught the attention of both the judges and the audience. Now, she's back singing a moving rendition of 'Gravity' by Sara Bareilles. I'm so glad this talented young girl is showcasing her voice for all the world to hear. Hurricane Harvey has devastated countless people all over Texas. They have been displaced from their homes and left with just the clothes on their backs. 7-Year-Old Neighbor Helps Man Propose

When 7-year-old Elijah McDonald rang Caroline McSwain's doorbell, she was a bit confused. Elijah was all dressed up when he said "Can I be your ring berry?" Caroline couldn't understand what Elijah was saying but she hugged the sweet boy anyways. That's when Caroline turned around and saw her boyfriend down on one knee. Elijah's parents have been Caroline's neighbors for many years and the little boy has become a special part of her life. So when it came time for her boyfriend to propose, he knew he wanted Elijah involved. This was an extra special surprise because Caroline actually helped Elijah's dad propose to his mom when she was Elijah's age. This is such a sweet moment and I'm so glad it was all caught on camera!

Dog Shot With A BB Gun Gets Wheelchair And Forever Home

Ryker, a Chihuahua and Beagle mix, was left with his hind legs paralyzed after someone shot him with a BB gun. When the community around him found out about Ryker they decided to come together and give him a better life. So they got him a tiny, custom-made wheelchair. Ryker immediately took off with his new wheels and has been enjoying his mobile life. And to make things even better, Ryker is living a beautiful life with his foster mother, just like he deserves. What a great story for this sweet guy!

Boy Saves Little Brother After The Rock's Movie

10-year-old Jacob O'Connor is being called a hero after he miraculously saved his 2-year-old brother, Dylan. The two boys were visiting their grandma when little Dylan wandered off into the backyard. That's when big brother Jacob spotted Dylan face down in the swimming pool outside. Jacob quickly realized what was going on and channeled his inner superhero. He remembered a scene from his favorite movie 'San Andreas' where The Rock gives chest compressions to save a life. So that's exactly what Jacob did. He ran outside and started CPR on Dylan, just like in the movie. Because of his brave efforts, Dylan was able to cough up some water. After that, the family quickly rushed Dylan to the hospital where he was given medical attention. Thankfully, Dylan is going to be perfectly fine. I'm so glad this big brother was around in his time of need!

Kind 15-Year-Old Boy Buys Meal For Homeless Woman On Street

15-year-old Dean Brewer didn't have the easiest childhood. He remembers times when there was not enough food to eat and the family was barely getting. Because of his experience, Dean is always willing to help others in their time of need. And that's exactly what he did when he saw 61-year-old Ruby laying on the street. He asked Ruby if she wanted anything to eat or drink from the local McDonald's. She simply asked for a burger and a sweat tea. Dean went right in to the restaurant and brought the food back out to her. Ruby was so surprised by this kind young man and thanked him for the gesture. I'm so thankful for great young men like Dean in this world. What a blessing!

News Anchor Helps Deliver Baby During Hurricane Harvey

Texas news reporter Chauncey Glover was broadcasting on Hurricane Harvey when he was interrupted. A woman ran over to him during the report and said that her sister was in labor and needed helped. Chauncey immediately dropped his microphone and went to her aide. He was able to help the woman out of her house and get her transported to the hospital to deliver the baby. All of this took place during the live TV broadcast. I'm so glad this news reporter was in the right place at the right time. Praise Jesus!

Couple Visits Every Cracker Barrel In The Country

Wilma and Ray Yoder have always loved traveling the country. This sweet couple has been married over 60 years and they've been to 644 Cracker Barrels across the USA over a 40 year span. Today, for Ray's birthday, they're celebrating in the best way possible and visiting the only Cracker Barrel left on their list. This 645th visit is special in so many ways for this kind couple. The restaurant means more than just food for them. You can truly tell that it's like visiting family each and every time they walk through the doors. This is an amazing accomplishment for the duo and I'm so glad the cameras were rolling to catch this special memory.

Texas Flood Survivor Cries During Call With Dad

Texas resident Aaron Mitchell was left with nothing when Hurricane Harvey came though his area. He walked nearly 12 miles just to get to safety. Left with no cell service, Aaron pleaded on a news segment for his family to contact him and let him know they were okay. Thankfully, his father saw the broadcast and was able to get through to Aaron. Their emotional phone conversation was captured on cameras and it will bring a tear to your eye. This hurricane has devastated the area and torn families apart. I'm so glad this man was reunited with his own parents and other's were there to assist. Prayers for those still searching for loved ones.

3 Men Follow God's Call To Help Food Victims

Reed Goodman and his family heard a call from God and they're ready to answer. These 3 kind gentlemen teamed up together and drove their boats down from Victoria, Texas to help rescue victims from Hurricane Harvey. Reed recently moved from North Dakota to Texas and hadn't been able to find a job. After this natural disaster, he knows that God brought him to Texas to help those in need. Along with his father and brother, Reed knows that each of their boats can aid helpless victims. By the grace of God, a local family in Texas opened up their home to the all of the Goodman men and are helping house them while they start the rescue efforts. I'm so glad these men followed God's call. What Good Samaritans!

Dashcam Captures Toddler On Busy Highway

23-year-old Leanne Richards was shocked when she pulled up to an intersection and noticed a small toddler in the middle of the street. This terrifying moment was all caught on Leanne's dashcam. The little boy was wandering around the street with no parent in sight. Leanne feared for the child's life but just then, a kind stranger came to the rescue. A woman scooped the toddler up and carried him to safety. I'm so glad this little boy is safe and sound.

Reporter Helps Rescue Man Trapped In Flood Waters

KHOU Reporter Brandi Smith was broadcasting on live television about Hurricane Harvey when she noticed something terrifying. There was a man trapped in his tractor trailer below the bridge in 10 feet of water. The water was continuing to rise so the news reporters stopped their broadcast to flag down help. They were able to stop Harris County Sheriff deputies and help this poor man. A boat was sent out for him and shortly after he thanked the kind news team for aiding in his rescue. This devastating flood has truly brought out the selfless and kind nature of people and I'm so glad we're able to band together to help those in their time of need.

Good Samaritans Rescue Kitten In Car's Engine

While this car owner was on the way to work, she thought she heard a kitten in her car. Once she arrived, she noticed that a mama cat had followed her, so there must be a baby trapped inside her car. The woman called a non-profit organization and they sent help. No one was able to see the kitten, so they put the car on a jack. After nearly 2 hours of work, they were finally able to free the poor baby from the car's engine. This teeny kitten was, thankfully, uninjured and happy to be set free. I'm so glad that these Good Samaritans were able to save this sweet baby. What an amazing group of people!

Girl Dreams Dad Goes To Heaven Before Car Crash

26-year-old Johnathan Jones was tragically killed in a head-on collision. Right before the crash, Johnathan was at home with his wife and 2 daughters. He decided to get a shake from a local fast food joint and left the family at home, since he would only be 10 minutes. After Johnathan didn't return home, his wife, Amber, began to worry. She loaded the 2 girls up in the car and they went out to find Johnathan. As she was driving, she passed a scene full of flashing lights and police cars. She felt the need to pull over and when she did, she talked with an officer and learned that her husband was, in fact, involved in the wreck. As they waited for an update, their 5-year-old daughter, Jordan, said that she had a dream that Daddy went to Heaven. A few minutes later, they found out that Johnathan had passed away due to his injuries. Despite the tragic situation, this family is finding comfort that this kind man is with his Father in Heaven.

Waitress Receives $1200 Tip For Believing In God

Brianna Siegel was waiting tables at a local restaurant when she was taken aback. A young couple came in and order 2 drinks and 2 burgers. After they placed the order, the couple asked Brianna if she believed in God. Brianna said yes and went to hand the pair their bill for $20. Before they left the restaurant, they let Brianna know that there was an envelope with their bill and for her not to open it until after they were gone. After her shift, Brianna remembered the comment and opened the envelope to find a check written out to her for $1200. She was completely surprised and thankful for this anonymous couple's gift. They said that God led them to leave this extra special tip and Brianna plans to use it towards her schooling. What an incredible gesture!

On February 11, 2015 Mark Hall from Casting Crowns received news that would change his life forever. He was diagnosed with cancer and in that moment, he felt a flood of emotions. He decided to spill these emotions onto paper and the beautiful song 'Oh My Soul' was written. This song has touched the hearts of people all over the world. Nathanael and Lauren Kotras felt the weight of these lyrics as their daughter underwent surgery for a heart defect. This family put their trust in God and sweet Emmy sailed through surgery without complication. What a blessing to hear that the words in this Christian song helped comfort these parents. Amen!

92-year-old Millie knows that sometimes you just have to dance it out. And Sgt. Lenz from the Austin Police Department in Minnesota couldn't agree more. Just watch this special moment as Sgt. Party Guy Turns To God After Alcohol Addiction

Kyle thought he had life all figured out. He was a very popular guy living in the best party house on campus. Kyle was not only well-liked, but he was an honors student too. There was nothing that could bring him down until he got his first flunking grade on a test. That's when his alcohol use started to spiral out of control. For 2 years, Kyle had a drink every single day. He turned to alcohol for happiness and relief, when he couldn't find that in real life. One terrifying night, Kyle's heart stopped beating and his entire life changed. God came calling for this young man and Kyle was able to beat his addiction.
