Children truly have a heart of gold. When they see someone in need, they immediately want to jump in and do something. It’s one of the sweetest traits when watching a kid grow up. And 2-year-old Gracie is the perfect example of a toddler with a heart like no other.
Recently, wildfires have ravaged Northern California. Many people have been forced to evacuate their homes and the fire has already claimed the lives of 6 people. Firefighters are working around the clock to try and stop the fires, but it’s a very demanding job. Many of these firefighters work on a 24-hour shift and this physically demanding task can take its toll. Gracie’s two brothers and her father have all been working on the Carr Fire, one of the fires taking over the state.
After one of her brother’s shifts, he called their mom and said that he would love a burrito. So that’s when Gracie and her mom decided to grant her brother’s wish and help out the other firefighters at the same time. They made a big batch of breakfast burritos and brought them to the crews who were finishing up their shift.
This sweet video shows Gracie handing firefighters the burritos and it’s absolutely heartwarming to watch. This incredible act of kindness is touching hearts all over the world and more and more people are hearing of Gracie’s thoughtfulness. I’m so proud of this little girl for showing the world how a small act can truly make a huge impact.

He never shies away from the tough topics and he always gives honest and open commentary. Especially in this current world, it’s always refreshing to hear a Christian address some of these topics.

It can lead a person to be antisocial, self-conscious or ignore the actual world around them.
Jefferson and his family are no stranger to cell phones and social media, but they’ve put in place some parameters to guard themselves from the dangers. Now, he’s sharing 5 tips for using social media and things that have worked in his family. This includes not taking your phone into the bedroom and completely shutting it off for one day a week.
These tips, along with others, can go a long way in making sure that your family utilizes this growing technology in a smart and safe way. These are some great points. Do you have any other tips that have worked for your family?
I think we can all agree that dancing is truly a beautiful art form. There are so many different styles and techniques but each one allows the dancer to express themselves in a very special way. Dancing is also an incredible means to bring happiness to others. Even when someone is just watching a performance, they can become so wrapped up and truly feel the emotions that the dancers are displaying. It’s truly a powerful thing.
Over the years, dancing has changes in a lot of different ways. Older styles have been retired and new ones emerge every day. It’s always really fascinating to look at where dance started and where it is currently. Today, we can to take a look at a very special evolution of dance as we watch iconic numbers from Michael Jackson. Ricardo Walker who routinely performs famous dances from the ‘King of Pop.’
Recently, he decided to enlist the help of 3 of his friends to perform a medley of Michael’s greatest routines. He starts at the very beginning in 1979 with the hit ‘Don’t Stop Til You Get Enough’ and he moves all the way through 2009 with ‘This Is It.’
It’s so cool to see all of our favorite dances in one complete performance. But my absolute favorite has to be the ‘Thriller’ dance. It brings back so many memories and it’s one of those dances that everyone has tried at home once or twice. What an incredible medley. Did you favorite make the list?
It always amazes me to see children stepping on stage and performing just like an adult. When we see kids, we don’t expect them to be at the same level as an adult performer. But sometimes, a child with a rare gift emerges and completely blows everyone away.
I think that’s why we’re all so fascinated by child prodigies and their incredible gifts. We all know how much time and practice it takes to become a professional and when we see a young person who’s only been on this Earth a few years with such talent, it’s very special.
That’s exactly what we’re getting today when little Karl Lenin Estoestra sits down at a piano in the Power Plant Mall in Makati City, Philippines. I don’t think any of the shoppers were expecting to hear a master at work, but that’s exactly what they god. Just watch as he confidently starts to play ‘I Will Survive’ and a crowd starts to form.
The longer he plays, the more people have to stop and take a second look at this young boy. It’s obvious that he has tons of talent and isn’t shy about sharing his gift with the world. His fingers seem to move so fast that I can barely keep up with this young man.
I just can’t get over all of his talent at such a young age. I hope that Karl continues to follow his passion and play the piano so that all of the world can hear his special gift.
I truly believe that when God places animals on this Earth, He knew exactly what He was doing. Not only are they important to our ecosystem, but some animals actually become a part of our families when we welcome them into our homes.
These special pets definitely hold a spot in our hearts and dogs, in particular, are well known for being a lifelong companion full of love and support. I love it when you can see them take on the traits of their human and really start to show emotions. In this clip, one hero dog truly embodies all of the best features of a human combined with the abilities of a dog.
While outside on day with his owner, this sweet dog noticed a baby bird in the water that was struggling to keep afloat. That’s when this amazing canine jumped into the water to save the helpless creature before they drowned.
The entire time, you can hear the owner calling out to the dog and reminding him to be gentle as he swims to the short with the bird in his mouth. And that’s exactly what this incredible dog does. He swims all the way to shore, taking extra care to make sure that the baby bird is protected. And no one is prouder than this hero dog’s owner when he finally gets his hands on the bird.
What an incredible display of compassion and kindness from both owner and dog. Now I know where this sweet pup gets his sense of duty from.
Message for the Bride of Christ - An Urgent Call to Prayer This video was instigated by the Lord unexpectedly when I received special instructions to pray. I believe we are standing on the edge of the coming tribulation and God is telling those who can hear, that we can delay what the evil is planning – “If My people….” Please share this video, especially with your church. Road trips can be so much fun, but they can also have a downside too. When you’re driving, you never really know when something, like an accident, may cause a traffic jam. Most people hate sitting in traffic, especially when they’re trying to get to a particular destination in a timely manner. But sometimes, you have to look on the bright side of things and find the good in every little moment.
That is exactly what Lisa is doing during a recent jam on I65 outside Birmingham, Alabama. Traffic was at a standstill and people were putting their cars in park to wait out the resolution. Lisa could’ve gotten angry or complained until the lanes of travel started moving again, but this inspirational woman decided to make the best of the situation. That’s when she got out of her vehicle and turned up the song ‘Me Too’ by Meghan Trainor.
This upbeat song always puts you in a good mood and Lisa wanted to share that spirit. So, she started to dance beside her vehicle, right in the middle of the traffic jam. She seriously looks like she is having the time of her life as she grooves all around and sings with the music.
I know that if I was sitting in traffic and saw a stranger get up and dance, it would definitely put a smile on my face. This is such a great way to turn a tough situation into a fun memory. Who else is dancing along with her?
‘You raise me up, so I can stand on mountains
You raise me up to walk on stormy seas
I am strong when I am on your shoulders
You raise me up to more than I can be’
There’s no doubt that ‘You Raise Me Up’ is one of the most iconic songs of our generation. It was made popular by opera voice Josh Groban, but countless artists have covered the song over the years.
Today, we get to hear an incredible pan flute rendition of this iconic song. David Döring is a self-taught Pan flutist, which is a series of tubes, most typically made of bamboo or reeds. The pan flute is traditionally played in folk music throughout Europe, Asia and the Americas. David truly has a gift for performing and when you hear this beautiful song played on this special instrument, you will be in awe.
I just love how the sound of the pan flute compliments this incredible tune so perfectly. David always has a way of finding the best songs to compliment the pan flute. It’s so refreshing to hear a new sound to this classic tune. What an incredible reminder that even when you feel lost or damaged, God is always by our side.
He truly takes us to new heights and will make us better than we've ever been. I think that I could listen to this rendition all day long. What do you think about David Döring and his pan flute performance of this classic?
When it comes to a child, there isn’t anything a parent won’t do for them. Parents sacrifice so much for their kids each and every day to make sure that they are happy, healthy and overall good human beings. This particular dad is the perfect example of giving your all to make children happy.
Nevaeha Smith was gearing up for her eighth grade dance when she found the absolute perfect dress. When she went to her dad to ask about purchasing the dress, he had to tell her that they couldn’t afford it right now. Nevaeha’s dad already works three jobs, but he really wanted his daughter to have the dress of her dreams. So this hardworking father picked up extra shift so that he could earn the money for the special dress.
Then, before the dance, Nevaeha stopped to visit her dad at one of his jobs. That’s when he came out holding a garment bag. He unzipped the bag without saying a word and his daughter’s face immediately lit up. She jumped up from her seat and gave her dad the biggest hug. After a long embrace, Nevaeha burst into tears at her dad’s incredible gift.
This amazing father wanted to make sure his baby girl had her dress for the dance and he went above and beyond to get it for her. It’s obvious he loves his daughter so much and this act of love has me reaching for the tissues. No wonder everyone is talking about his hardworking dad.
‘In Christ alone my hope is found
He is my light, my strength, my song
This Cornerstone, this solid ground
Firm through the fiercest drought and storm’
I don’t think that there is any doubt that Taryn Harbridge is a talented violinist. Time and time again, she continues to impress us with her beautiful covers. They always bring a fresh, new sound to songs that we've heard over and over.
Today, she's performing one of the most powerful hymns as she covers ‘In Christ Alone' with her violin. This is one of the most famous hymns and it’s always incredible to hear it performed. I know that for me, it truly touches a special place in our hearts.
It’s such an amazing reminder that our Lord is always by our side, even through the tough times. He will never abandon us and He’s always there to be our strength and the light to guide us home. We can rest easy knowing that He carries our burdens and will see us through each and every day. It’s such an amazing feeling knowing that our Heavenly Father is always with us and He walks with us each step of the way.
Taryn definitely has a God-given talent for music and I'm so glad that she's using that talent to give praise to His name. I love these classic hymns and hearing them played in such an incredible way fuels my heart for the Lord. What a touching way to give thanks and praise to His name. Amen!
In this day and age, it’s getting harder and harder to find good and honest people. It seems that a lot of people have ulterior motives and are not looking to do the right thing. That’s why it’s so important to highlight those amazing people that go above and beyond to maintain good morals. And that’s exactly what happened with 13-year-old Haylie Wenke and her friends.
Haylie was out riding bikes with her little brother and friend when they came across a wallet in a driveway. There was no one around and the wallet contained $700 in cash. But Haylie didn’t hesitate to do the right thing and went right up to the house and rang the doorbell. No one was home, but the owner’s video camera alerted the kids that they could record a message. That’s when these kind-hearted children let the camera know that they had found the wallet and would be putting it in a safe place by the door for when the owner returned.
“We found your wallet outside of your car and we just thought we would give it back to you. I'm going to put it over here so no one takes the money." When the homeowner saw the video message, he decided to post the video online so that he could find these honest children. He wanted to personally thank Haylie and her friends for doing the right thing. It’s truly so heartwarming to watch the younger generation show off their good, honest behavior. I’m so proud of these kids right now.
There are a lot of pros and cons when it comes to owning a smart phone. Nowadays, it seems like people spend more time looking at their screens than they do the world around them. But smart phones were invented for a reason and there are some very useful things about them.
Today, on the daytime talk show The Doctors, experts are weighing in on one very helpful tip about smart phones that could save your life. You may have already known this, but in the event of an emergency, you can use your phone to discretely contact the proper authorities to send help your way. This important tip works on both Apple and Android phones and it’s one you definitely do not want to miss. If you are in a situation where you cannot dial a number or text, both operating systems offer a workaround that can signal to authorities. This could be used in a situation such as a break in or domestic incident.
Listen and watch as the doctors demonstrate on both types of phones how to use this smart phone hack in an emergency. While I hope we never have to use this function on any of our phones, it is such great knowledge to know it exists and how to use it. Let us all keep this information in our minds and share this tip with others. It could truly help save a life one day. Did you know about this smart phone hack already?
When you are a police officer, you never know what is going to happen. Every day can bring a new challenge or surprise that you may not see coming. But police officers always step up to the challenge and help when they are called. That’s exactly what happened recently to a New Jersey police officer.
Perth Amboy Officer Kyle Savoia was responding to a call about a man laying on railroad tracks when the unthinkable happened. A train started coming down the tracks right towards the man. That’s when Officer Savoia started running as fast as he could go to get the man out of the way. Body cam footage captured the entire terrifying ordeal as the cop began shouting as loud as he could for the train to stop and the man to get out of the way.
Just when I thought it might be too late, the train came to a halt and the man scurried to safety. This edge-of-your-seat scene was truly a heroic moment for Officer Savoia. But the incredible thing is that this police officer has only been on the job for a few months.
This rookie cop was just sworn into office in January and he’s already making headlines for his brave rescue efforts. He had to make a quick decision and he didn’t hesitate to run straight into the danger to save a stranger’s life. This is exactly the type of person that makes an incredible police officer and I’m so glad that Officer Savoia is following hi calling.
The television show ‘What Would You Do?’ is a hidden camera show hosted by John Quiñones. The program puts strangers in difficult circumstances and watches how they respond. The reactions can range from person to person but it's always interesting to watch and see what they say afterwards. The dilemmas are always relevant to the current times and sometimes, they have actually happened in real life.
This particular situation is one we have all encountered at least once in our lives. A mother and her children are seated at a restaurant and the kids start to become very disruptive. The sound on their toys is extremely loud, they are throwing things and running up and down the aisles. Then, when their mother steps away from the table, the children really start to act up and disturb the other customers around them. The mother and the 2 children are all actors for the show and they are set up in a local restaurant to capture the reactions of other patrons nearby.
Just watch as the child actors starts to act up and customers eating nearby immediately take notice. Many of the patrons speak directly to the children or the mother about their concerns. The comments range from someone simply asking them to turn the sound down on their devices to having one gentleman letting the mother know how badly her children were behaving. This is definitely one of those situations that puts you between a rock and a hard place. What would you have done in this situation?

It is never easy to lose a loved one. Even though we know that they are in a better place and any pain and suffering is gone, we still miss them here on Earth.
55-year-old Bernadette Weekes has been missing her mother since she passed away a few months ago. This Georgia woman truly held a special place in the hearts of those around her and her absence is deeply felt. Bernadette was the primary caregiver for her mother and one of the phrases that she always said was ‘I love you.’ This gave Bernadette’s son, Patrick, the idea to do something extra special for his mother to make sure that her own mom was always with her, no matter what.
So he went to the local Build-A-Bear Workshop and had a custom teddy bear made just for his mother. Using a recording of his grandmother’s voice, Patrick was able to build his mom a bear that played this very touching phrase. Just watch as she opens up the box to reveal the teddy bear. At first, she isn’t sure what to think. But then, Patrick instructs her to squeeze the bear’s hand and Bernadette is overcome with emotion. It’s obvious that this gift is absolutely priceless.
Now, Bernadette can always carry a piece of her mother with her and be reminded that she is so loved. What a beautiful gift from a very caring and thoughtful son. I know my eyes are filling up with a few tears right now. What about yours?
