4 For as we have many members in one body, and all members have not the same office: 5 So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another. 6 Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, whether prophecy, let us prophesy according to the proportion of faith; 7 Or ministry, let us wait on our ministering: or he that teacheth, on teaching; 8 Or he that exhorteth, on exhortation: he that giveth, let him do it with simplicity; he that ruleth, with diligence; he that sheweth mercy, with cheerfulness. 9 Let love be without dissimulation. A woman was caught in the act of adultery and cast at Jesus feet. He demonstrated the greatest love, compassion, and grace ever seen within Judaism. The church today acts completely contrary to the example set by the Lord and yet still has the gall to claim to represent Him. Now who is caught in the act of the most abominable sin a man can commit? Christians! As they see themselves greater than the Lord Himself thus qualifying them to sit in judgment of and to condemn others in spite of Biblical mandates to love our neighbor, treat others as wish to be treated, and not to judge. A VERY powerful message!
