Some good old fashioned Pentecostal teaching on the nature of TRUE WORSHIP. Worship that is born IN THE SPIRIT is what God requires and desires of His people. This is teaching that has not been heard in Pentecost for a very long time. Much needed and timely!

Southside Baptist Church Sunday, February 28th, 2016 Pastor Bishop Helsley 1 John 4:1-6
Summary: John wrote to the church about battling against false doctrines and false teachers. In 1 John, he warns them to test what they are told, and not to just accept it at face value. In today's culture, it is still important for Christians to test what they are told against scripture and the Gospel. As we look at what John wrote, we will examine the importance of evaluation and assessment within the Church.

It is not necessary to go back in time and live as they did in the 1700's to be a Christian. But, at the same time, the life of a Christian ought to reflect the holiness of our God. There is indeed a Christian lifestyle that marks the lives of believers. This message is part 2 of a 2 part message. Part one was delivered last weekend.
