Sometimes the distinction between the "real" and the "surreal" is but a sliver, and it takes a keen eye to discern between the two. The early church experienced amazing works of deliverance, and sometimes they seemed like they were living in a dream. In our modern day, we might be content to say these things were just a "dream" or a myth, but then we would be missing their real truth. Watch as Pastor MacLaren speaks from Acts 12 to First Presbyterian Church in Perkasie, Pennsylvania on August 10, 2014. First Church is a member of the Orthodox Presbyterian Church. The Rev. R. Scott MacLaren is the pastor.

Forty five years ago Neil Armstrong set foot on the lunar surface and declared, "That's one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind!" Momentous words that presaged the advance of humanity into space and the exploration of the galaxy. While humanity has not gone further than the moon since then, the Church of the Lord Jesus made its mark on earth when its first multi-racial church was established in the third largest city in the Roman Empire, Antioch. Watch as Pastor MacLaren shows how this church formed the launching pad for missions throughout Europe and now throughout the world. This sermon was preached on August 3, 2014 at First Presbyterian Church in Perkasie, PA (USA). First Church is a member of the Orthodox Presbyterian Church. The Rev. Richard Scott MacLaren is the pastor.
