Southside Baptist Church Sunday, April 24, 2016 Pastor Bishop Helsley 1 Timothy 3:1-7, 2 Timothy 2:14-26

I offer up 8 indicators we can use to tell the difference.

This is one of a three part teaching on the authority one should use when preaching to or teaching God's people. Even Jesus Christ did not say what he wanted. He stated time and againm that he spoke what God has spoken first.
Jesus talked about “the sign of Jonah” referring to his death and resurrection – but is it possible Jesus had Jonah’s story in mind when he composed his famous parable of the lost son (and lost brother)?
