It's never too early to start your children learning how to sing praises to our Lord. Let them express themselves in their own style as we see here in our grandson Judah with a little help from his mom Jessie!
Jesus Christ was crucified, died, and was put in a tomb. on the third day He rose from that tomb, alive. He accomplished for us what we could never imagine, justifying us before God the Father, by the blood that He shed on our behalf. HE IS ALIVE.
I'm a member of the listening board for the SongDiscovery sampler CD that comes with Worship Leader magazine. I get to vote on which songs make it on to the CD. I definitely voted for this one, which is on Volume 116. I'll put in a plug here for SongDiscovery and Worship Leader magazine. If you're looking for some fresh worship music by non-mainstream artists, SongDiscovery is the place to be.
Anyway, this is a song written by Raquel Carlson and Chris Clayton called "Wake Us Up", from Raquel's EP "Come Alive". The lyrics inspired me to make this video. Very easy to learn, very easy for a congregation to sing. A song of revival and renewal. Thank you Raquel and Chris for an inspiring song.
This song is all about following God and knowing, if we do, we will never be alone.
Hope you like it! If you do, please share with friends and family. If you are, or know of someone, interested in recording this song, please contact us at [email protected]
Surrendering our heart to Jesus entitles us to adoption as children of God, and joint heirs with Jesus Christ. Trust him today and see for yourself. Taste and see that the Lord God is good.
