Sometimes the distinction between the "real" and the "surreal" is but a sliver, and it takes a keen eye to discern between the two. The early church experienced amazing works of deliverance, and sometimes they seemed like they were living in a dream. In our modern day, we might be content to say these things were just a "dream" or a myth, but then we would be missing their real truth.
