This is the final version of the video that I shot while going through the outside Stations of the Cross at the Basilica of the National Shrine of Mary Help of Christians at Holy Hill. Or just Holy Hill for short.



Holy Hill is located in Hubertus, Wisconsin. I shot this video on June 20, 2012 while on vacation. I had been there once while in high school and had always wanted to go back again. I made sure that I went when I had the chance this time, and made doubly sure that I recorded my visit there.



The Stations of the Cross is supposed to be a "journey" that people of the Catholic faith take to remind them of the suffering of Jesus in His final days. Holy Hill's outside Stations of the Cross is built along a trail in some woods that begins at the bottom of the hill that the Basilica rests atop of, and ends at the church itself. I hope you enjoy this video.

I love this song from the Civil War movie Gods and Generals and I though it would work well with the movie Spirit, which takes place after the Civil War in the American West. Hope you all enjoy it and may God Bless America this 4th of July and always!
