A photographic and musical odyssey of my granddaughter, from birth to age 4. The song is co-written and sung by her mother. It parallels the love, guidance and nurturing that family members show for a child in the way Christ might and does for those who believe and trust in Him.

It is an odyssey which parallels the love, nurturing and guidance of family towards the growth of a child in the way that Christ might and does to those who believe and trust in Him.
This song came to me May 4th 2013 one morning. Even in our worst situation God can make good come out of the bad. We need to stand strong no matter what comes our way in life. We can move on with our Lord by our side helping us through every storm!!

My Favorite Miracle: This song came about after one of my wife’s friends lamented on the tough breaks in her life, and then added that the birth of her daughter was the best gift God ever gave to her. I commented that the Bible is full of stories and depictions of miracles that occurred over 2000 years ago, and that the miracle of birth is my favorite miracle because it is a tangible miracle that is witnessed every day. I wondered aloud how anyone could hold a baby, and still not feel the presence of God.

My husband and I wrote this song several years ago for the youth to sing on Mother's Day, along with a slideshow of pictures of all the moms with their kids. Very emotional for many of us since our moms are no longer with us. Moms just have something about them that is like no other person. Happy Mother's Day to all the moms, with us or not.
