Dennis Quaid's 'Fallen' Strikes A Chord As He Calls Out For Jesus

Check out the official music video for the song ‘Fallen’ by Dennis Quaid and see how the lyrics strike a chord as he calls out for Jesus.

“I went for a joyride down the Devi's highway

My eternal soul hanging by the thread

I was determined that the wheel was going my way

Wind up beside the road, left for dead”

What a great song with a country and rock sound. Dennis Quaid does a great job singing ‘Fallen’ and really puts a lot of feeling into his performance. Of course, he is known for his acting, but it is clear he can also sing.

The two producers for this song were leading gospel music figures Ben Isaacs and David Ferguson, who are part of the country rock world.

“With two different producers, it reflects me in the sound,” shares Dennis Quaid. “Half Baptist churcher, half country rock. Ben is part of the Isaacs, which is a Christian group. He knows bluegrass and he knows the Gaither Christian audience. These traditional Christian songs, which were part of my Baptist upbringing in Texas, are very important to me. I knew how I wanted it to sound.”

Dennis Quaid recognizes that some people do not want to talk about their faith in their music, but that was not the case for him. “A lot of people are embarrassed to talk about their faith. They think it’s some kind of Boy Scout thing, where you’ve got to follow the rules,” says Dennis Quaid. “But I talk to God a lot, every day. I question everything I do. I believe it’s about keeping trying. It’s about self-examination and throwing your ego out the door.” What a great quote!

‘Fallen’ is a great song, all about faith, and we hope that you enjoyed listening to this performance today!

He Gives Me Strength to Carry On

An inspirational song that encourages you, in Christ's strength, do not give up, keep hope and carry on.

Christian Husband And Wife Soul-Stirring Duet Cover Of Phil Wickham’s Hit ‘The Jesus Way’

A Christian husband and wife, Caleb and Kelsey, covered Phil Wickham’s hit song, “The Jesus Way,” turning it into a soul-stirring and lovely duet performance.

Unfortunately, there are a lot of hurting, broken and lost people in this world. They are all carrying heavy burdens and worries, looking for any sign of hope. Many are crying out for help, comfort and healing. They want some reassurance that their suffering will end at some point.

For those hurting, struggling and battling, there is one who has come to provide that hope and comfort that many desperately seek. Christ willingly went to the cross and died, taking upon the sins of the world on His back. He paid the ultimate price so we could be made new and might receive eternal life with Him one day.

In a clip posted on YouTube, Caleb and Kelsey perform “The Jesus Way.” It’s a song about following Christ’s unbelievable example of love and forgiveness on the cross that day. Because He loved us enough to die and forgive us, we can now act similarly and forgive those who wrong or hurt us.

“I follow Jesus

He wore my sin, I’ll gladly wear His name

He is the treasure

He is the answer”

The lyrics in Phil’s song are essentially a blueprint for how Christians are to act toward and treat their fellow man. Christ forgave us, going through an agonizing death, which He did not deserve. If he went through all that, how can we, if we’re going to call ourselves a Christian, not show others mercy, grace and forgiveness?

Christ was and is a perfect example of the love that we are to show others. That is, as the song title indicates, “The Jesus Way.”

Colossians 3:13 “Being gentle to one another and having forgiveness for one another, if anyone has done wrong to his brother, even as the Lord had forgiveness for you:”

LOVE ONE ANOTHER

Based on the book of John and specifically 13:34-35 this is a prophetic lyric song was written by Brian back in December 1986 while a member of the Anaheim Ca. Vineyard Christian Fellowship. Love is what God is calling His church into because GOD IS LOVE. We are to love God (the easy part) AND to love one another as God loves us which is unconditionally. The world is going crazy with hate and division, but God is calling His church, you and me to come together in love and unity.

Gaither Vocal Band Official Lyric Video For 'Born Again'

This YouTube video is by the Gaither Vocal Band who sing their catchy tune, ‘Born Again’. The song will make you want to sing along.

“Lord I've (I've been born again)

I've been born again (I've been born again)

Lord I've (I've been born again)

sure been born again (I've been born again)”

The lyrics talk about being born again, being baptized, being connected with Jesus, and how he helps us. The song is a good reminder of what is important, and how we belong to Jesus once we have been born again.

Music is the best way to get a message across and this video has definitely done so. The vocals are strong, and the performance is engaging. If you didn’t already know the song, you would be able to pick up the lyrics pretty easily. This song would be a great one to listen to when you need a little pick me up.

The Gaither Vocal Band is an American Southern Gospel vocal group. It’s named after its founder and leader, Bill Gaither. The lineup of the group changes often as artists leave to work on solo careers and new ones replace them.

Some of the longest-running singers are Mark Lowery, Michael English, and Wes Hampton. The current lineup includes;  Reggie Smith - tenor, Wes Hampton - tenor, Adam Crabb - lead, Todd Suttles - bass/baritone, and Bill Gaither - bass/baritone.

So many in the comments were very touched by this song. One commenter said, “I have been born again. Therefore I will never die. Thank you Jesus. Thank you God. Thank you Holy Spirit” and another, “Praise God I've been born again! Am baptised unto resurrection with Jesus Christ my Personal Lord and Saviour. Alleluyah!!!!!!!”

“Jesus answered and said to him, Truly, truly, I say to you, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” - John 3:3

Michael W. Smith Delivers Moving 'Above All' Live Performance

Christian music artist Michael W. Smith delivered a moving and emotional performance of “Above All,” a beautiful song about Christ’s powerful, life-changing love and mercy.

All have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. Everyone on earth is a sinner, having willfully turned away from God’s teachings and commands. With arrogance and total disobedience, all chose their own way, disregarding God.

However, while we were still lost in sin and shame, God's love never stopped. Even while we were still sinners, God sent His one and only Son to die on the cross, taking all our sins and shame on Himself. He died, paying the ultimate sacrifice for us. The Bible says Christ demonstrated His wondrous, perfect, and astounding love for us by dying on the cross.

On Good Friday, we recognize and honor Christ’s painful, agonizing and horrible death on the cross. But Praise God, that is not where the story ends!

Days later, on Easter morning, the grave was empty, and the stone rolled away. He arose from the grave, winning the ultimate and forever victory over sin, death and hell.

Christ willingly gave His life for us, suffering death, even death on the cross, so that we may have forgiveness, know Him and have everlasting life. Christ did all of that for you and me!

In a clip posted on YouTube, Michael W. Smith, backed up by an entire orchestra, plays the piano and sings “Above All.” It’s a song that perfectly captures Christ’s sacrifice on the cross and how he did it all for you and me.

“Like a rose trampled on the ground

You took the fall

And thought of me

Above all”

Christ paid a debt, one that we could never repay. He willingly did what no one else could do. Glory and honor to His name!

Luke 24:2-3 “And they saw that the stone had been rolled away. And they went in, but the body of the Lord Jesus was not there.”

Detty Sisters' Touching Rendition of 'He'll Do It Again' Reminds Us of God's Faithfulness

A group of incredibly talented vocalists, The Detty Sisters, once again put their lovely voices on full display with their touching rendition of “He’ll Do It Again,” a tune that reminds us of God’s faithfulness and love.

The world can be a tough place to maneuver and navigate. Everyday living can become an overwhelming and monumental chore. We may even find ourselves in a lost and hopeless situation.

But when God is involved and in control, that is never the case. God can and has made a way when none seems possible. He injects hope and life into a situation devoid of both. The Bible states in several places that God will never leave or forsake us. He has never let those who love and follow Him down before. There’s no indication He will now.

In a clip posted on YouTube, The Detty Sisters beautifully perform “He’ll Do It Again.”

The song’s opening verse perfectly captures a feeling all followers of Christ have found themselves in at one time or another. Everyone, if they are being honest, would admit to believing that God may have forgotten them or that He doesn’t care about our concerns.

However, the song’s lovely chorus reminds followers of Christ that in those cases, God has come through every time. All one needs to do to prove this is to look at where they are now and where they were at one point.

“If you just take a look

At where you are now

And where you’ve been

Hasn’t He always come through for you?”

And if He did it once, what's keeping Him from coming through and remaining faithful the next time? We can rest assured that God is always loving and faithful.

Deuteronomy 7:9 “Know therefore that the Lord your God, he is God, the faithful God, which keeps covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations;”

Bethel Music, Hannah McClure, Noah Paul Harrison 'Lift Up Holy Hands/He's Alive' Performance

Several talented Christian musicians, including Bethel Music, Hannah McClure and Noah Paul Harrison, turned in a moving performance of “Lift Up Holy Hands/He’s Alive.”

Without Christ’s loving and awe-inspiring sacrifice, all would be lost, condemned to live out their days in their sin and shame. But because He willingly went to the cross, taking all sin and guilt upon Himself, forgiveness and everlasting life with Him is possible.

But He didn’t just die on the cross, never to return. Days later, when those who went to check on Christ’s body, they found the grave empty and the stone rolled away. Christ was nowhere to be found in the tomb.

He has risen!

He won the victory over sin, death and hell. Praise His excellent name!

In a clip posted on YouTube, several musicians sing praise and worship to Him, singing about the one true and risen King!

“Oh, oh, He’s alive, and He’s alive and He is risen

Lift your voice, lift up your faith today

He’s alive, and He’s alive, and He is risen

Oh, sing holy”

As the musicians put on their outstanding and emotional performance, the crowd, looking on, sings along and lifts their hands up in praise.

Seeing that many people praise and worship the Lord together is a moving scene.

What a sight and a shock it would have been to come up to the tomb of Jesus Christ that Easter Sunday morning and see His grave empty. Those women must have been instantly flooded with questions and concerns. But they had no reason to worry or to be concerned, for He is risen.

The one they call Jesus, the Savior, He is alive! Praise God.

Luke 24:2-3 “And they saw that the stone had been rolled away. And they went in, but the body of the Lord Jesus was not there.”

Phil Wickham Unveils Special 'Sunday Is Coming' Hometown Version Lyric Video

This YouTube video is a music video for Phil Wickham’s new single, a song called ‘Sunday is Coming - Hometown Version.’

This lyric video has a simple background of a sunset over the water. The lyrics appear over the video image, and it's all quite peaceful.

The song, ‘Sunday is Coming - Hometown Version,’ is about Jesus dying on the cross for us and all he went through beforehand. It’s a reminder of his sacrifice, and that we should focus on Sunday, the day he rose again. That Sunday is the most important day in the history of the world.

The chorus says it all:

“Friday's good 'cause Sunday is coming

Don't lose hope 'cause Sunday is coming

Devil, you're done, you better start running

Friday's good 'cause Sunday is coming”

This version of the song is the Hometown version, which is slightly different from the original. It is a softer and quieter version that appeals to some people.

According to YouTube, Phil Wickham is a Grammy-nominated, Dove award-winning artist and leader in the modern worship movement. He has released 10 worship albums; his first came out in 2003. He started leading worship for his youth group when he was just 13 years old.

Many in the comments really enjoyed this song and video. One commenter says, “The Hometown Version is filled with God's beauty while remembering Jesus' life and sacrifice for each one of us. We have so much to look forward to - Oh, Church Arise!” and another states, “So beautiful Phil Wickham. I love this Hometown Version. You are a true man of God. I love you and your beautiful music. May God continue to bless you.”

“He is not here, but is risen: remember how he spake unto you when he was yet in Galilee, Saying, The Son of man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, and be crucified, and the third day rise again.” - Luke 24: 6-

‘Because Of Christ’ Mitch Wong Moving Live Performance

A Grammy Award-winning musician, Mitch Wong, turned in a moving and awe-inspiring rendition of “Because of Christ,” a tune about the love and sacrifice that brings hope and life to all.

No one is perfect. Everyone has failed, stumbled and turned away from God, ignoring his commands and teachings. All have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God, as the Bible says. God’s Word also states that the penalty for that sin is death.

However, God has made a way because of His tremendous, astounding love, mercy and grace. Yes, all will experience a physical death as our bodies will eventually give out. But because of Christ’s sacrifice on the cross, we don’t have to experience a spiritual death.

Christ’s death and resurrection won the victory over sin, death and hell. He willingly went to the cross, suffering an agonizing, brutal, and wholly undeserved death on our behalf. He did all that so we might have hope and an opportunity at eternal life with Him.

In a clip posted on YouTube, Mitch performs “Because of Christ.” It’s a song about exactly what the name indicates. The lyrics point out how Christ made all the difference. How He came willing to give up His life, and because of that ultimate sacrifice and act of love, we have hope.

The lyrics are beautiful, perfectly capturing the difference He made for mankind.

“May I never boast in anything

Except the cross of Jesus Christ

May I not forget the blood He shed

It is by His death I am alive”

What powerful lyrics!

We could never do anything to be worthy of such a gift. He paid a price, a debt that we could never fulfill. He took our sins on Himself. Because of what He did, we now have hope.

Glory to His name!

Galatians 6:14 “But far be it from me to have glory in anything, but only in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through which this world has come to an end on the cross for me, and I for it.”

Michael W. Smith's Lyric Video For Stirring 'Crimson Dust'

Beloved Christian musician Michael W. Smith has released the official music video for his stirring song “Crimson Dust.”

The Bible tells of many people God instructed to fulfill specific purposes, roles and jobs. The actions and decisions of people like Adam, Noah, Moses, Paul and David continue to be read and studied. Their deeds and the fulfillment of God’s orders continue to have an impact on the faith and lives of people today.

However, all of their actions pale in comparison to those of Jesus Christ. The son of God was sent to Earth to bridge the divide that sin had caused between God and man. Christ willingly went to the cross, taking all of humanity’s sin and shame on his back as he endured an agonizing, painful and wholly undeserved death. He did what no one could, making the ultimate sacrifice.

In dying and then, days later, rising from the grave and rolling away the stone, Christ defeated sin, death and hell. He made the ultimate sacrifice, forever winning the ultimate victory. He paid a debt that we can never and will never be able to repay. Because of Jesus, there is life, hope and the opportunity for eternal salvation with Him.

With his beautifully written and performed song, Michael paints a vivid picture of Christ’s sacrifice on that tree all those years ago. It’s a song about the act that literally changed the course of human history.

Christ’s blood falling to the ground as he was nailed to the cross, suffering and dying on our behalf, created crimson dust, as Michael sings.

“Redeeming love

What gain, what loss

Crimson dust beneath the cross

Crimson dust beneath the cross”

Because of Christ’s selfless act and endless love, there is hope for a lost and broken world.

John 3:16 “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”

TAYA's Uplifting 'Gonna Be Good' Music Video Hits All the Right Notes

A huge name in the world of Christian music, TAYA, has released the official music video for her catchy, uplifting and encouraging tune “Gonna Be Good.”

Life is a series of ups and downs, good times and bad. No one can predict what will happen in life from one second to the next. Anyone who says they know what the future holds is either crazy, a liar or probably both.

However, while we don’t know what the future may hold, there is one who will never leave or forsake us. Often, the next step or move in life is unclear and murky, making room for plenty of doubt, fear and apprehension to creep into our minds. However, followers of Christ can rest assured that whatever may happen in the future, He is in control and working for the good of those who love and obey Him.

TAYA, in her official music video for her song “Gonna Be Good,” sings about life’s uncertainty, and how she has the confidence that everything will work out because He is on the throne. All that fear and doubt about the future mean nothing because He will work it out.

“I got about a million stories to tell

To tell about how You always, You always made a way through

I may not know where we’re going

But I know that’s gonna be good”

That is the attitude that all followers of Christ should possess. He has a plan, and it will be better than anything we could imagine. However, we are all human, and fearing the unknown is natural and normal. But we need to realize that God is more powerful than our worry or fear.

Isaiah 41:10 “Have no fear, for I am with you; do not be looking about in trouble, for I am your God; I will give you strength, yes, I will be your helper; yes, my true right hand will be your support.”

CAIN's 'Any More' Acoustic Version Speaks Volumes About Christ's Love

One of the most popular groups in Christian music, CAIN, has released an acoustic version of their song “Any More,” a tune about the deep and unending nature of Christ’s love, mercy and grace.

The New Testament book of Romans states that all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. However, despite our sins and turning away from God and His commands, He still loves everyone. There is nothing that we could ever do that would keep God from loving us.

Also, in the New Testament, this time in the book of John, the depth and magnitude of God’s love is mentioned. It is because God loved us so much that He sent His one and only Son to suffer and die on the cross. Christ was sent as a sacrifice, willfully taking our place and the sin of the entire world on His back. He bled, died and later rose again because of the love He has for us. There is no greater demonstration of love than this!

In a video posted on YouTube, CAIN performs “Any More” about how Christ couldn’t possibly love us any more than He does this very moment, pointing to the cross as the ultimate example of His love. Some may feel that they are unworthy of this love, choosing to believe Satan’s lies and that they must clean themselves up before coming to Christ. That couldn’t be further from the truth.

“I couldn’t love you any more

Than I do right now

There’s nowhere I wouldn’t go

To get to you, my child”

God’s love, mercy and grace are sufficient. He calls us to come to Him just as we are, confess our sins and turn our lives over to Him. Whatever you may have done in your past, God can and will overcome it, making you a new creation in Him. Praise God!

Romans 5:8 “But God has made clear his love to us, in that, when we were still sinners, Christ gave his life for us.”

In an interview, Phil says “This song was written in the middle of kinda the toughest period for me, a couple week period last year in 2020 when I was just like Lord what is happening in our world?” He also commented, “Jesus said the kingdom of heaven is at hand and it’s here and that’s what this song really is about.”

And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also. And whither I go ye know, and the way ye know.” John 14: 2-4

Song Jesus

I helped the daughter of a Congolese preacher. she took me to the nearest evangelic church, First in bits and pieces I received a melody that was not at all common to the songs I normally write, and suddenly completely, this song came to me in a creasy moment. and so I wrote it down in a creasy moment, later on I made a video in a creasy moment, later on I put it on the internet, in a creasy moment. Pl. Don't hold me responsible for the consequences.... I upload it here, because this feels like a save environment to share such a song. I'm not really able to handle much critisism... thanks for your kindness and understanding. The lyrics and music are not mine, they where given to me, I'm only here to share this. I don't feel like I own this song.

Do as Jesus Would Do

I once read a book where a lot of the people in a town decided to live their lives according to God's Word. I was so taken in by it that I decided to write this song. Yes to live a godly life style sure does make a big difference!
