A home recording of the classic love song, with photos and information about the recording process.

A home recording of an original song by Lance Wells of Idaho, USA in 2013.

Worship Jesus today for His sacrifice on the cross. Kathryn Scott sings this moving song about God's mercy and Grace how He is perfecting His followers everyday. As Easter approaches, reflect on the Crucifixion and our Messiah.
Lyrics:
Verse 1:
At the foot of the cross
Where grace and suffering meet
You have shown me Your love
Through the judgment You received

Pre-Chorus:
And You've won my heart
Yes You've won my heart
Now I can

Chorus:
Trade these ashes in for beauty
And wear forgiveness like a crown
Coming to kiss the feet of mercy
I lay every burden down
At the foot of the cross

Verse 2:
At the foot of the cross
Where I am made complete
(I am made complete)
You have given me life
Through the death You bore for me

[Pre-Chorus]
[Chorus]

Yes You’ve won my heart
Now I can

[repeat full Chorus]

Final Chorus:
I'd trade these ashes in for beauty
And wear forgiveness like a crown
Coming to kiss the feet of mercy
I lay every burden down
I lay every burden down
I lay every burden down
At the foot of the cross

FOREVERMORE (lyrics)
There’s a peace that passes all understanding
The joy of the Lord is my strength
He is the reason for living
Forevermore, He’s worthy of all praise

Praise the Lord, who is worthy
Forevermore, Give Him the glory
Praise the Lord, Who is worthy of all praise

By His strength, I can do all things
By the Spirit, I will worship Him
Call on His name and you shall be saved,
Forevermore

Trust in the Lord with all of your heart
Lean not unto your own understanding
In all of your ways, acknowledge the Lord
He shall direct your path

Yesterday, today and forever
He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life
The only way to the Father, is through our Lord,
Jesus the Christ
Praise the Lord, who is worthy
Forevermore, give Him the glory
Praise the Lord, Who is worthy of all praise.

PSALM 23 | lyrics
The Lord is my Shepherd,
The Holy Lamb of God
In Him, I have everything I need

Rest in green pastures
He has prepared for me
Beside still waters, He leads me

He restores my soul
Guides me in the path of righteousness
Bringing glory and honor to his name
Even though I walk through the valley
of the shadow of death.
I will not be afraid, I will not fear evil

For the Lord my God he’s beside me
His rod and staff protect and comfort me
He prepares a place, before me
In the presence of my enemies.

He anoints my head with oil
My cup is running over
Surely goodness and mercy
Shall follow all the days of my life
And I will dwell in the house of the Lord
I will live in the house of the Lord
I will be forever with the Lord.

Tablet Of My Heart | lyrics
Lord in my heart I know you are the living God
I want you to know I love you
Lord, here I am I will yield to your command
With every breath I plan to follow

Teach me Lord your way
Lead me day by day
Write your word my God
On the tablet of my heart

Lord forgive me for at times my faith is weak
Still I know you know, I love you
Hear these words I pray
As you lead I will obey
Your word I proclaim to follow

Teach me Lord your way
Lead me day by day
Write your word my God
On the tablet of my heart

Lord in my heart I know you are the Son of God
I want you to know, I love you...

CALLING YOU HOME | lyrics
By his stripes we are healed
By the spirit he’s revealed
He’s calling you, calling you home

Behold there’s a mystery
In the twinkling of an eye we’ll see
He’s calling you, calling you home
He’s calling you, calling you home

Open up your heart and see
He’s everything you need
He’s the Lamb Of God
The Prince of Peace
The Lord of Lords
And King of Kings

He’s calling you, calling you home
He’s calling you, calling you home

He’s the risen Christ
The Son of God
The one who was and is to come
He’s calling you, calling you home
He’s calling you home

Every knee shall bow
Every tongue confess
Jesus is Lord, Jesus is Lord
Jesus is Lord of all…

TO KNOW HIM | lyrics
You can count on me to be here for you
Trust in me he said, I’ll always see you through
Lord use my life, without you what am I
But a leaf blown in the wind
Lord, hold me in your hand

Jesus is the Christ
The Fathers Holy Son, glorify your name
In my life, thy kingdom come
I love you, Lord
May we be in one accord
As the Father and Son are one
Holy Spirit lead me on

To know him, really know him
And do my fathers will
Holy Spirit lead me in
To know him, really know him

You can count on me to be here for you
Trust in me he said, I’ll always see you through
To know him, really know him.

The video & music celebrates the gospel of Jesus Christ, sharing inspirational scripture references throughout the video.

SEEK FIRST is also available as an acoustic version.

SEEK FIRST | lyrics
Ask, He will give seek the Kingdom of Heaven
Knock it will be open for you
Those who ask receive, he that seeks finds it
To those who knock, He will open to these
Store for yourselves treasures in heaven
Where your treasure is, there is your heart
and thoughts.

Seek First the Kingdom of God and his righteousness
And all things will be added to you
Faith is total confidence in the provision of God
Everything we need for success has been promised to us.

Straight is the gate, and narrow the way
That leads to life, but few will find it.
Not everyone who says Lord, Lord
Enters the Kingdom of Heaven
Only those who do the will of the Father in Heaven

Many will say in that day Lord, Lord
We prophesied in your name
We did miracles and cast out devils
He will say to these, I never knew you
Those things you did were not of me

Seek First the Kingdom of God and his righteousness
And all things will be added to you
Faith is total confidence in the provision of God
Everything we need for success has been promised to us.

Through the teachings of Christ obey and be wise,
build your life

ABIDE IN THE VINE | lyrics
He abides in you, abide in Him
We are the branches he is the vine
All is unfruitful apart from the Lord
Without Him we can do nothing at all

Believe He's there for those who seek, don't live in unbelief
A branch without a seed will only wither and burn

Keep the Lords word abiding in you
Ask what you will it will be done unto you
To the Father's Glory there shall be fruit
As you abide He will abide then in you

Believe He's there for those who seek, don't live in unbelief
A branch without a seed will only wither and burn

Jesus, I love Jesus my Lord

Keep his commandments, He commands to
Love one another as he has loved you
This he has told you that your joy may be full
Come Holy Spirit we abide in the Lord

Believe he's there for those who seek, don't live in unbelief
A branch without a seed will only wither and burn
Jesus, I love Jesus my Lord.

2016 Christian Music Video "A Simple Prayer" The video & music celebrates the gospel of Jesus Christ, sharing inspirational scripture references throughout the video.

A Simple Prayer | lyrics
It seems to me, things are moving way too fast
I want to take some time and settle down
Make each moment last, with you
Hm mm, That's what I want to do

A simple prayer is all I need
I lift my hands in praise each day
Get down on my knees
To be with you, that's what I want to do

My Spirit calls out your name
Help me to remain, in your presence, Lord
Lead me day by day, help not to stray
I want nothing more than your word written on my heart

Your love each day, keep shining through
Capturing my thoughts, of you
Hm mm... That's what I want to do

My Spirit cry's out again
Take me as I am
I am not afraid
Living life by grace
Calling on your name
Never been ashamed

Of you, all that you do
The debt you paid, on Calvary
Shed your blood so I could be with you
Um, mm That's what I want to do

Hear my plea, guide me through each day
Where you lead I'll follow you
All the way, to be with you
That's what I want to Um, mm That's what I want to do.....
