Show Me Your Face
#3 on the Worship Playlist
Thank you Lord for always leading me to a song to put on this playlist and for always helping me from start to finish. All glory and honor goes to you every time.
I couldn't sing a note if it wasn't for you keeping me where I need to be.
I couldn't do anything without you and for that I am forever thankful and grateful.
Show me your face Lord, show me your face. And then gird up my legs that I might stand in this Holy Place.
He has been so very faithful throughout my life to keep me from so many mistakes and wrong decisions I made. It's a miracle I have gotten this far. But as His Word promises that He will use all things for our good and His glory.
I pray this song will bless you as you listen and sing with me. I Pray that He will show you His face and that you will hear His voice more powerful then you ever have in your life. Draw close to Him and know that He is right there with you always. He will never leave or forsake you. His Word and His promises are true and He is always faithful to keep them to you.
God bless and keep each and everyone of you. Your always in my prayers. 🔥🙏
Love, Cecilia 🕊🌷
Fill Me Up God! 🔥
The Lord brought this song to me several weeks ago and I have sung it a few times. I just didn't feel the time was right to do a song yet. The past week or two I just haven't felt right in my spirit, nor my body. So I knew it was time to just let go and back away from everything and get alone with my Jesus. The first couple days were just quiet and I began regaining my peace back. I've got the Spring cleaning bug with the beautiful weather here in NW Florida. So with His peace and joy back I began working on some things I've let go. And moved outside to my flower beds. I had been so physically exhausted I haven't felt like doing much of anything. I pushed myself to using the blower for an hour in the front of my house and flower beds. It was so nice to see the returning beauties that were popping up from the ground.
So these several days of Spring Fever I kept catching myself singing this song. He was bringing me to it and I knew there was more here then worship. I kept hearing and singing Fill me up God and it became a prayer! Oh how much I needed Him to fill up my spirit with all of Him!
It was time. So tonight I sat down and began singing it and it didn't take long to know tonight I would record it. I sat here and prayed. Lord I surrender myself completely to you here. Use me to be your vessel that your Holy Spirit can fill me up and pour out on those who listen and sing this to you. Fill us up Lord with all of you, we need you so much right now and the more you fill us the less there will be of us. It's what we need and desire to be one with you in Spirit and Truth.
During the recording of this song He definitely filled me to where I knew there was more than my voice singing, it was His Spirit moving through me. I can't really explain it but I know that He met me where I asked Him to fill me up.
He will do the same for you. Get alone with Him and sing with me and watch what He does. I am going to be singing this song every day I think. What an experience. I know things changed in the atmosphere and in my spirit here tonight.
As much as we see things changing around us, we need Him to be changing us with His Holy Spirit, filling us more and more each day.
Keeping you in my prayers always 🙏💕
Love, Cecilia 🕊🌷

Lyrics
Oh What a Reason
By Phil Carlo
Verse 1
I've often wondered why You came down,
Humbled Yourself, took the form of a man.
I can't comprehend the depths of Your pain—
You had to suffer to pay for my sins.
Oh, what a reason.
Chorus
You died on the cross just to save the lost,
There is no greater love.
You took it all, You paid the cost,
Now I understand.
Father of creation, the hope of all nations,
Oh, what a reason.
Verse 2
You conquered the grave by the blood of the Lamb,
By Your grace, our sins are all gone.
Jesus, You died, and You gave us life,
It's Your love that brought us to the light.
Oh, what a reason.
Bridge
They need to hear that You came here,
Give me the strength to tell the world—
The reason why You gave Your life.
Help them realize that when You were nailed,
All our sins were washed away.

If we hang around people for any length of time, we will at some point be offended. Life is imperfect and people are imperfect. Meshing all of that together means we will offend and be offended. That being said, let me pose a formal apology to you if your offense comes from a misguided, pompous person who needs a deeper revelation of the love of Jesus Christ the Messiah.
I was such a person in my youth, and I offended many in the name of my religion. I was demanding, harsh, quick to speak-slow to hear, lacking compassion and the beams of love did not burn as bright as they do today. I produced moments of Christlikeness, but I needed to suffer greatly before I learned to abide in Him and reflect His light and love.
So, this song and music video is my heart felt apology to those I have offended and those whom I have never met that have been offended by a person or group of Christians. Please forgive us for not being what we professed to be. Please forgive us for not being what we were supposed to be. Please don’t hold the bad qualities you experienced against the Messiah; He is still working on us.
Lyrics:
Apologies
Apologies for your anguish
Misguided convictions
Prideful waves, angry sea on the beach
Apologies you had to see,
People, pompous beliefs
A forest of thirsty trees...in the wind
It’s not the way it should have been…
Apologies for the fear we breed,
People...anxious creeds;
Hurricane blowing out love’s flame
Apologies for the outward display,
Tinsel spirituality
Stars fall...children walk away
It’s not supposed to be this way
Chorus
Steeples fall and doors close
Churches come and go I suppose
Do they have the greater sin
Because they didn’t let you in?
The events of our world are not random. Nothing you see on your TV is random. Everything that we hear from our world leaders is rehearsed. There is a world plan, a world narrative and a global agenda… however…
It is God’s agenda. As the world races toward what it calls a great reset of society, finance, religion, nations and way of life, everything is falling directly in line with a prophesied outcome. And so it goes according to The Great Playwright’s plan. People can contend that God does not exist and that we are in control of our own destiny, but He who sits in the heavens just laughs.
Our pride and arrogance as a world culture has reached an apex – but this is just the start. The final hours are here, upon us now and while we bask in our achievements and our wisdom, we are unknowingly playing the perfect part to God’s great plan of salvation. It is all going according to His plan.
Lyrics:
And So it Goes - 2020
I’m a little dismayed at all the changes
And I’m greatly amazed that people are oblivious
Pieces are in place, and I see the lion’s face
Peace and safety they say
But prophecies warned us of this day
And so it goes – ohhh
And so it goes – ohhh
The final hours, ready the stage
His plan unfolds, even while the actors rage
Why do the nations roar and proud men scheme
They long to break the chains to shatter all restraint
The King in Heaven just laughs and mocks them in their rage
His show goes on. . . even as He turns the page
And so it goes – ohhh
And so it goes – ohhh
And so it goes – ohhh
And so it goes – ohhh
And so it goes – ohhh
And so it goes – ohhh
The sun won't shine and the birds don't sing... these are things in nature that aren't doing what they are supposed to. When we don't say words, loving and encouraging words to each other (out loud) we are stars that won't shine and clouds that won't rain. However the relentless love of Christ gets in at our deepest parts, heals us and helps us bear the beams of God's love for ourselves - then we can't help share those beams with others - with words aloud.
ALOUD
2020
Sun don't shine, and
Cloud won't rain
Wind won't blow, and
Lark won't sing
Trees won't grow, and
Grass won't green
Streams won't flow, and
Stars won't shine
Affection sheltered in your heart
Words you never say
Love restrained, flames contained
Instead of given away
Chorus
Say it aloud, Say it aloud
Say it aloud, Say it aloud
Thirst won't die
Pain won't fade
Tears won't stop
Walls remain
Time won't heal
But Jesus will
Love won't quit
or relent until
Pre Chorus
Walls crack around your heart
Passion escapes
Barriers maintained to sustain
Begin to break
Bridge
Those we cherish will not be near forever
The eulogy is too late to tell them of your love

Lyrics:
[VERSE 1] As a tiny child
The world revolved around my needs
Every time I cried
Loving arms reached out for me
Whether chasing butterflies
Or climbing willow trees
Faith came naturally
[VERSE 2] As a kid of 12
Learned of pain and bullying
When I cried for help
My friends weren’t always coming
Chasing unrequited love
Or feeling so alone
Oh, how I wish I’d known
[CHORUS] You made the mountains rise
Yet still you care for me
You made the stars that shine
Yet still you care for me
You paint the sunset skies
Knit each unborn child
You filled the mighty seas
Yet still you care for me!
Yeah, still you care for me!
[VERSE 3] At last I was 18
On my own making my way
Going after dreams
Hitting walls- making mistakes
Studying or working
Or chasing after sin
Meaningless as the wind
[CHORUS] You made the mountains rise
Yet still you care for me
You made the stars that shine
Yet still you care for me
You paint the sunset skies
You knit each unborn child
You filled the mighty seas-
[Bridge] You Care for Me
Thank you, God-
You Care for Me
Oh, precious Lord-
You Care for Me
Well who am I-
But a tiny speck on eternity
You set your son on Calvary for me!
[Sax Interlude]
[VERSE 4] By the age of 27
Been hardened by my life
I began to look to heaven
To cut through all the lies
Surrender all my shame
Be baptized in your name
At last I believe-
[CHORUS] You made the mountains rise
Yet still you care for me
You made the stars that shine
Yet still you care for me
You paint the sunset skies
You knit each unborn child
You filled the mighty seas
Yet still you care for me!
[OUTRO] Yeah, still you care for me!
Oh who am I?
Yet still you care for me!
I don’t deserve it but still you care for me!
Yeah! Still you care for me!

Listen To The Birdies - Matthew 6:25-26 – April 6, 1980
What are you worrying about? Oh, come on. Be honest. We often get caught up in the worries of this world. We worry about our money, relationships, health, careers, possessions, community and so much more. These worries can steal our joy and causes stress and anxiety that we do not need to bear.
In Matthew 6:25–26 Jesus teaches 25 “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more important than food, and the body more important than clothes? 26 Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? 27 Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life? We can learn a valuable lesson if we will just Listen To The Birdies.
