The Big Apple Circus Clown Care Unit does not spend its days under the bigtop, but rather in the pediatric wing of hospitals around the US. The clowns are actually doctors and their mission is to bring a different type of care to the inpatient children at these hospitals. We can only imagine how much joy and hope these angels are bringing to these sweet sick kids. God bless these clowns!

When paramedics got a call about a car submerged in frigid waters, they leapt into action.
