'Worthy is the Lamb' is another song of praise by Heath Bewley, focussing on Christ's crucifixion, resurrection and ascension. The first verse begins in the Garden of Gethsemane: 'Jesus you pleaded, you prayed and you prayed. The Father in Heaven would have his way. You were arrested in Gethsemane, In the horror of darkness before Calvary.' Verse 2 is about the crucifixion of Christ, culminating in the resurrection: 'The innocent lamb was not to blame, But nailed to a cross, he loved all the same. The Lamb of God, he willingly forgave. The Lamb of God has conquered the grave.' Christ is known in scripture as the 'Lion of Judah' and the 'Lamb of God'. The chorus focusses on both aspects. It ties in Christ being one with God. 'Worthy is the Lamb, the Lamb that was slain. You once were crucified, then rose to live again. The are the risen Lord, you are the Great I-AM. Worthy is the Lamb, the Lion and the Lamb.' Verse 3 is about Christ's resurrection and ascension into Heaven. 'You're the Lion of Judah, you are risen again. You ascended to Heaven, and forever reign. You're the Lord of Lords, and the King of Kings. You defeated the grave, forever I'll sing.'

God's Hands in creation a soulful groove with a message reminding us of our beginning.

I wrote 'My Wings are Love' some years ago. It is my story. Its great to look back and see the hand of God upon our lives. It is also good to realise 'in the moment' that this life, amid the great back drop of eternity is very short, and in our brief time on earth, we will face trials and struggles. When we turn to Him, God loves and sustains us no matter what happens. Its good also that in Christ, we can rise above our trials as we press on toward our final goal. Hope you are blessed by this song.
