It was inspired by a youth group's Street Witnessing event in a park. Regarding witnessing the song mentions young mothers, children, elderly, and best friends.
It's about encouraging someone, who's not sure what they got themselves into, by asking Jesus into their heart. Being newly Born Again, brings on struggles between what is of the Spirit and the flesh resisting the changes to come to who we are.
