King of my life, I crown Thee now,
Thine shall the glory be;
Lest I forget Thy thorn crowned brow,
Lead me to Calvary.
Refrain

Lest I forget Gethsemane,
Lest I forget Thine agony;
Lest I forget Thy love for me,
Lead me to Calvary.

Show me the tomb where Thou wast laid,
Tenderly mourned and wept;
Angels in robes of light arrayed
Guarded Thee whilst Thou slept.

Refrain

Let me like Mary, through the gloom,
Come with a gift to Thee;
Show to me now the empty tomb,
Lead me to Calvary.

Refrain

May I be willing, Lord, to bear
Daily my cross for Thee;
Even Thy cup of grief to share,
Thou hast borne all for me.

Refrain

Gospel Light Baptist Church

Someday the silver cord will break,
And I no more as now shall sing;
But, oh, the joy when I shall wake
Within the palace of the King!

Refrain:
And I shall see Him face to face,
And tell the story—Saved by grace.

Someday my earthly house will fall;
I cannot tell how soon ’twill be;
But this I know—my All in All
Has now a place in heav’n for me.

Someday, when fades the golden sun
Beneath the rosy tinted west,
My blessed Lord will say, “Well done!”
And I shall enter into rest.

Someday: till then I’ll watch and wait,
My lamp all trimmed and burning bright,
That when my Savior opes the gate,
My soul to Him may take its flight.

After the storm

This film is based on images taken from the Bergen area, specifically "Øygarden", "Gullfjellet" and "Rundemanen". The first part of the "movie" showing pictures taken just after one of the many stormy days and nights in February / March 2015, while the rest of the photos are taken by calm and quiet days. The story as told in the end of the video, is when Jesus calming the storm on G Lake Tiberias and is taken from Matthew chapter 8 verses 23-27. Music is also twofold with a rhythmic first part which coincides with storm pictures and repercussions of it, while the last part is calm and harmonious. Hope you enjoy both photos and music and hear the time through a "headset" for best audio experience. May the Lord Bless you!

Peace Is In Our Nature

Catchy folk-country song that combines nature, peace, music and God!
"The music of nature...is a language for all the earth...it can bring calm and peace...and a joyous soul's rebirth...an orchestra from God's creation...a touch of the song of Heaven...from the dancing notes in a rippling stream...to a chorus like a sigh of wind, in the trees..."

Christ in Me - Criost Liom - Saint Patrick's Breastplate

Tradition has it that when Saint Patrick was bringing the Gospel to Ireland he would often meet pagan tribes out for his blood. So he would go to meet them armed only with this prayer: may Christ in me be all they see and all that they encountered. And the Irish turned to the Lord, and their land became a bastion of Christianity.
Reblogged from YouTube but texted with the Irish Gaelic plus a "singable" English version. The point is, after all, to give others the pleasure of being able to sing this song for themselves.

What a friend we have in Jesus,
all our sins and griefs to bear!
What a privilege to carry
everything to God in prayer!
O what peace we often forfeit,
O what needless pain we bear,
all because we do not carry
everything to God in prayer.

Have we trials and temptations?
Is there trouble anywhere?
We should never be discouraged;
take it to the Lord in prayer.
Can we find a friend so faithful
who will all our sorrows share?
Jesus knows our every weakness;
take it to the Lord in prayer.

Are we weak and heavy laden,
cumbered with a load of care?
Precious Savior, still our refuge;
take it to the Lord in prayer.
Do thy friends despise, forsake thee?
Take it to the Lord in prayer!
In his arms he'll take and shield thee;
thou wilt find a solace there.
