Two remarkable voices intertwine in the song ‘Psalm 23’ in this official music video by Phil Wickham with Tiffany Hudson. The pairing of their powerful voices filled with a passion for worship creates an emotional ballad of our most beloved psalm of the Bible. 

The music video begins with the rich tunes of a piano as Tiffany’s angelic voice creates the background vocals before Phil declares the goodness of God as a shepherd. As the song progresses, Phil and Tiffany’s voices stairstep low notes to high in a beautiful crescendo of the bridge when they sing, “You prepare a table before me right in front of my enemies."

Psalm 23 is a psalm of comfort, peace, and deep gratitude for God’s love in a painful world. Through these Psalms, we are reminded of God’s unwavering love and protection as we walk through dark and troubled times. With God as our shepherd, we have nothing to fear. He will protect and guide us through trials until we are sitting at the table of glory where God’s abundant goodness overflows. 

“Though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death
I don't have to fear no evil for I know that You are with me
With oil of blessing, You cover my head. You fill me to overflowing, my cup is overflowing.”

Psalm 23 has been a foundational scripture for believers. It speaks of love, hope, triumph, and faith. When we read the passage we are reminded of God’s adoration and constant presence in our lives. This psalm is more than just words, it’s a song that echoes faith, strength, and security from the Good Shepherd.

What a great song that reminds us that all we need in this life is Jesus. ‘Needs’ is part of Kirk Franklin’s new album titled Father’s Day, which comes out on October 6th. The album is Kirk Franklin’s first solo record since 2019, and the project includes collaborations with Tori Kelly, Le’Andria Johnson, Chandler Moore, and Jonathan McReynolds.

The soul searching found in the song ‘Needs’ is felt throughout the entire album, as the Gospel singer expresses his need for God to fill the emptiness in his life. And many people shared online about how much the song moved them.

I often have. As part of the worship team, I would arrive in the wee hours of the morning before the rest of the team and other church leaders arrived. In the quiet, I could almost hear hope echoing throughout the sanctuary. It’s one of the reasons why Leanna’s song resonates so much. Her new song describes the miracles and stories church pews hold. And it all comes down to one reason–Jesus.

Two incredibly talented singers gave an outstanding performance while singing about God’s unbelievable and awe-inspiring mercy and grace.

All, according to the Bible, have sinned and fallen well short of the glory of God. There is nothing that anyone can do to earn salvation. It’s simply not possible for a human being to do enough to obtain everlasting life. But because of God’s love, mercy and grace, He made a way. He sent His Son as a sacrifice, taking our place on the cross.

In a clip posted on YouTube, Jason Crabb and Dylan Scott sing “Good Morning Mercy.” Of course, as the song’s title implies, it’s about the Lord’s astounding mercy and the grace that He consistently shows to those who love and follow Him.

The tune’s opening verse states that even after we have confessed our sins and turned our lives over to Him, humans still tend to make a mess of things. Even in those instances, Christ is still at work, guiding and directing, while He works to make something beautiful out of a mess we’ve created.

But it’s the song’s chorus that really drives home the point of how fantastic and amazing God’s mercy and grace are to a bunch of sinners.

“Goodbye to the hurting
You woke me up put me on my way
Hallelujah it’s a brand new day
Good morning mercy”

Additionally, as any Christian knows, being saved is only the beginning of a walk with the Lord. He is constantly teaching, molding and refining, working to shape us into the person He wants us to be. The second verse points out the fact that Christians are not perfect. There is still learning taking place, and as this happens, Christians will trust and follow the Lord more and more. Because, as the song states, He has tomorrow, the future, in His hands.

What a powerful performance from a couple of talented individuals singing about God’s amazing mercy and life-changing grace!

When it comes to Riley Clemmons and her musical background, this 22-year-old artist from Nashville, TN has already accumulated over 210 million global streams and 50 million YouTube video views since the beginning of her almost decade long career. She began writing songs at the age of 13 and played shows around her hometown, but she really came onto the music scene in 2017 with her debut single called ‘Broken Prayers.’ And in 2021, she was nominated as Female Artist of the Year at the 9th Annual K-LOVE Fan Awards, marking a first in her career in addition to becoming the youngest nominee in the show’s history.

It is the Lord who goes before you. He will be with you; he will not leave you or forsake you. Do not fear or be dismayed.

A popular Christian band, We Are Messengers, gave an emotionally stirring performance of a beautiful tune about the faithfulness and goodness of God.

Life is an unpredictable ride, filled with potholes, speed bumps and many detours. Those different routes and exits often take us to destinations we never imagined or envisioned. Sometimes it’s a pleasant surprise and others it’s not so much. But regardless of where we go or how we get there, God will be there the entire journey. 

The good Lord above is always guiding, protecting and directing. He will never leave nor forsake us. For His constant care, watch and love, He deserves all honor, glory and praise. 

In their official music video posted on YouTube, the band, We Are Messengers, sings “God Be the Glory.” It’s a wonderfully written tune praising and thanking God, an ever-faithful, protecting and guiding presence in our lives. 

“God, You’re still good to me
When my hope is all but gone
And I’m barely hanging on
God, You’re still good to me”

Most people have found themselves in a position in which whatever decision or choice they make, it’s the wrong or losing one. There may seem to be no way out of a predicament. But God, because of His faithfulness and love, always comes through and makes a way when one appears impossible.

For that, He truly does deserve all our praise and worship, even though that could never ever be enough. 

God, as the song points out, is always loving and quick to forgive. He loves us when we’re on the highest mountaintop, experiencing happiness and joy. But, even more amazing, He loves us just the same when we’re struggling and in the valley. His love and faithfulness do not change depending on the circumstances of life.

God be the glory, indeed!

A talented musician gave an inspiring and moving performance as he sang a beloved tune, reminding Christians of God's faithfulness, love and mercy. 

Life is a relatively easy and enjoyable experience when everything is going well and according to plan. Whenever troubles and worries are minimal and the stress of everyday living remains at a manageable level, life is pleasant. But then there are instances when that’s not the case. There are times when our faith is stretched and tested. Those instances are painful and experiences everyone would rather avoid if possible.

In a clip posted on YouTube, Jason Crabb sings “God on the Mountain.” It’s a song that reminds Christians that the Lord remains the same during those uncertain and painful periods of life. He is still in control, always working and ever faithful. The lyrics remind followers of Jesus Christ that He will never leave nor forsake us. 

“For the God on the mountain
Is still God in the valley
When things go wrong
He’ll make them right”

At the end of his performance, the entire room claps and applauds, showing their appreciation for Jason’s display of his God-given talent. Some in the room are even moved to tears, with the camera catching a few wiping their eyes. However, it’s also very likely that they are showing their complete and total agreement with the song’s message.

While in the middle of a battle or a struggle, this idea of the faithfulness of God can be difficult to remember, but it is true. There will be times when our faith is tested and pushed to its limits. But this tune is an excellent reminder that God is a loving and always faithful Lord. He has never let us down. He has never given us any reason to believe He will start now.

What a great song that tells the story of Noah and his ark. Colton Dixon shared how the courage in Noah’s story inspired him to write ‘Build A Boat.’

“When Noah was telling people, ‘Hey, God spoke to me and said that a flood was coming,’ there’s no way people in their right mind took him seriously,” Colton Dixon explained. “How often do we let other people dictate our future? We believe what they say more than what God says.”

He continued: “‘Build a Boat’ is an anthem for anyone willing to stand up or step out for what they believe in. Just as Noah stepped out to construct an ark in the middle of a drought, faith can look a little crazy sometimes. I hope this song encourages you to go beyond what’s comfortable to experience the reward waiting on the other side of crazy faith.”

The song ‘Build A Boat’ already has over 2 million streams online, and Colton Dixon played the song for his Grand Ole Opry debut.
