There’s truly nothing like the bond between an animal and their human. Even when they are separated for a long period of time, they never forget one another. I think we can all agree that when God placed animals on this Earth, He truly knew what He was doing. This is especially true for dogs. These amazing creatures definitely hold a special place in our hearts and they truly become a part of our families. I think this is probably the reason that they say dog’s are man’s best friend. They give us unconditional love and they stand by our side no matter. Unfortunately, sometimes in life, we have to part with our pets or leave them for a while. This could be because of vacation, a move, or a job change. Whatever the case may be, it’s never easy to be separated from a loved one. And this particular owner and his dog know all about this. These two have been apart for months, but now it’s finally time to reunite and the cameras were ready to capture every bit of this heartwarming moment. Just watch as the owner hides beside the house as his dog is beckoned from inside. But as soon as this furry friend rounds the corner, he immediately spots his loving owner. I don’t think this dog’s tail could wag any faster than it is right now. They are both over the moon to finally be back together and you can just feel the love and friendship that’s shared between the two. Aren’t God’s creatures so amazing?

God truly works in the most incredible ways. Even when we might not realize He is there, the Lord is working behind the scenes in ways we cannot even imagine. From the tiniest of creatures to the biggest disasters in the world, God is there for us through each and every one. And there is never anything too small or not worth the time for the Lord. This particular video is the perfect reminder that God is so good and He is always right there beside us. Tyler Coates was in his backyard when he spotted a wounded bat on the ground. He wasn’t sure how to help the bat or if he should even touch him, so he decided to post a video on Facebook to see if anyone else knew what to do. He immediately started to get comments and decided that the best thing he could do for this bat would be to pray over it. So Tyler kneeled down on the ground and he put his hand over the bat’s belly. He began to pray for the Lord to heal this wounded bat and before Tyler was even done with the prayer, the bat began to stir. Then, by a miracle of God, this tiny creature got up and flew right off. Tyler was in such amazement that his prayer had been answered. He shouted, ‘God cares about His animals.’ And this entire moment is all captured on video. Who else is in awe of God’s healing power?

When you are a police officer, you never quite know how your day is going to turn out. Each patrol can produce so many different results and you come in contact with people from all walks of life. Nowadays, police officers tend to get a bad reputation for being too harsh or not showing empathy. Well, this particular officer in Lake County, Illinois is breaking down those barriers and showing just how amazing our heroes in blue truly are. Detective Matt Harmon was out on patrol when he came across a car on the highway with expired licenses plates and a driver with a suspended license. That’s when Det. Harmon pulled the gentlemen over at a gas station. Even though it was a minor infraction, the man started to get agitated and become angry with the officer, especially when Det. Harmon asked to search the vehicle. That’s when Det. Harmon found drugs inside and confronted the man. He broke down telling the officer that he was addicted to heroin and needed help. His girlfriend had no idea of his drug use and she was 3 months pregnant with their child. At this time, I thought Det. Harmon was going to arrest the gentlemen but he did something even more amazing. He gave this young man a second chance and the opportunity to come clean to his girlfriend. Det. Harmon even offered to help the man get into a treatment facility so that he could treat his drug addiction immediately. What a beautiful display of compassion and support for another human going through a difficult phase of life.

Aretha was known as ‘The Queen Of Soul’ and she truly left behind a lasting legacy. I’m pretty sure that everyone knows some songs made famous by this talented singer such as ‘Respect’ and ‘Bridge Over Troubled Water.’ These number one hits have been covered by countless artists over the years but no one every performed them quite like Aretha Franklin. Today, we’re taking a look back at one of her most memorable performances from the 2014 Women Of Soul concert at The White House. During this special concert, Aretha performed one of the most powerful hymns of all time, ‘Amazing Grace.’ And since she’s the ‘Queen Of Soul’ you know that she had to put her own unique spin on this classic. It’s such a soul-stirring rendition and you can feel her passion and love through every single note. I think this is the perfect song to remember such an amazing woman and performer. A wedding day is one of the happiest days of your life. You are committing yourself to another in front of God and it’s truly amazing. But what if the person that you married suddenly woke up one day with no idea who you were? That was the reality for Adam and Raquel Gonzales. In 2011, Adam was attacked in Texas and suffered a traumatic brain injury. He fell into a coma for 4 months and once he regained consciousness, Adam had to relearn everything from feeding himself to walking and talking. Thankfully, Adam was able to move on with his life and that’s when he met Raquel. After an amazing first date, the two were inseparable. They married in 2015, but just a year later both of their lives were changed forever. It was the morning of September 28, 2016 and Raquel had just returned home from dropping the children off and she went to wake up Adam. That’s when she noticed something different about him. Adam had woken with amnesia and had no idea who Raquel was or the family that they shared together. Doctors were at a loss for what was going on and Raquel struggled with staying with a man who didn’t remember any of their best moments. But she reached out to a support group at her local church and she was encouraged to help Adam remember why he loved her. Gradually, he started to fall in love with Raquel all over again. Adam still has a gap in his memory, but this couple stood strong in their faith and love and now their sharing their inspiring story for the entire world to hear.

It’s never easy to watch a loved one leave, especially when they are leaving to go fight overseas for our country. But this is the reality that many families in our nation must deal with each and every day. They are separated from their family member and must navigate the world without them for an extended time period. This could mean celebrating births, birthdays, holidays and more without your loved one by your side. It can be especially hard to explain this to a child who doesn’t quite understand why mommy or daddy can’t come home right away. That’s exactly what happened in this case of this military family but they came up with a heartwarming solution. Army Sergeant Chase Briscoe is on a 9-month deployment and he had to leave behind his wife, Deanna Briscoe, and infant son, Nathan. Nathan and his daddy had a very special bond and after Sergeant Briscoe left, Nathan was having a really hard time sleeping. He would cry all night and Deanna could not figure out why. The only thing that had changed was that Nathan’s dad was no longer there in person. So Deanna decided to have a replica doll made that looked like Sergeant Briscoe and even had his voice inside. As soon as they gave baby Nathan the doll, his mood immediately changed. Now, Nathan has a piece of his father with him at all times and the entire family looks forward to reuniting in person. How precious is this sweet boy and his daddy doll?

Their incredible rendition of ‘Africa’ from Toto had the whole crowd cheering. The Angel City Chorale was formed to bring people of different backgrounds all together and make something beautiful. That was the goal from the beginning and it’s happening each and every day with this talented group of men and women. They seem to have a gift for picking just the right song to compliment their range of vocal talent. It is no surprise that this talented choir is still in the competition and today, they’re back for another noteworthy performance. Just listen as they put their own unique spin on the popular song ‘This Is Me’ from the film The Greatest Showman. This choir definitely gave this hit tune a whole new feel and it’s absolutely amazing to hear. And just like last time, they had the whole crowd on their feet, including all 4 judges. If you’ve ever been on a long road trip, you know that they can get quite boring. Just staring at the road signs and listening to the radio can get old after a while and you need something to spark your interest. Especially if you’re by yourself in the vehicle, it’s so important to remain alert and that means paying attention to the road and being engaged. Well, experts in Japan wanted to make sure that drivers were attentive but also entertained. That’s when they created a section of the Subaru highway leading up to Mount Fuji with a special surprise. When you drive over the rumble strips, they actually play a musical tune. The strips are placed at certain intervals so that when drivers go overtop of them, a real composition is heard. "Miagete goran yoru no hoshi wo" by Kyu Sakamoto is the name of the tune and it’s so incredible to hear. Just watch as this driver records the entire experience and it’s so cool to watch. This is such a creative way for drivers to remain alert while on the road but also keeping a smile on their face. I’m sure people from all over decide to take this route specifically to hear this special tune. The United States has a similar experience when driving through Route 66 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. When driving over the rumble strips at 45 miles per hour it plays the tune of 'America The Beautiful.' This is something that I would love to see in person one day. What about you?
